The Hispanic Social Assembly (HSA) continues its expansion in Venezuela with the establishment of a working group in the state of Lara, where the local board brought together producers, entrepreneurs, and community leaders to define strategies to strengthen the regional economy. At this meeting, key challenges were identified, such as the lack of access to fair markets and financing, and concrete actions were outlined to boost local production through support networks and direct trade.

This initiative reflects HSA’s commitment to sustainable economic development, promoting producer autonomy and eliminating the intermediaries that limit their opportunities. The working group will serve as a permanent space for the planning and execution of projects that generate real impact, from training to the creation of more equitable distribution channels.

With this step, HSA strengthens its presence in Venezuela and demonstrates that change is possible when the community organizes and takes action.
